Role Overview
People & Culture
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented People & Culture professional to manage hiring, employee engagement, performance tracking, and workplace culture at Prewery. The role involves working closely with employees and management to ensure smooth communication, address employee concerns, and build a positive and productive startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
Track employee performance, attendance, and engagement.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, NDAs, agreements, and payroll-related information.
Act as a bridge between employees and management and ensure effective communication.
Understand and resolve employee concerns, feedback, and workplace issues.
Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative office culture.
Plan employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes.
Identify people-related challenges and work with management to improve employee experience.
Contribute to a structured yet flexible people culture suited to a fast-growing startup.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attentive and empathetic towards employee concerns
Proactive and actively involved in HR activities and initiatives
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
Positive attitude with a people-oriented approach
