Role Description The Jr Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Jr Graphic Designer will support the design team by creating visual materials for digital and print channels, including social media posts, marketing collateral, presentations, and website assets. Daily responsibilities include developing graphics aligned with brand guidelines, assisting in logo and branding projects, selecting and refining typography, and preparing files for production. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and consulting teams to understand project requirements, contributing creative ideas, and ensuring consistency in visual communication across all touchpoints. The Jr Graphic Designer will work closely with senior designers to refine concepts, receive feedback, and build a strong design portfolio in the immigration and professional services domain.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear and visually appealing layouts.
Experience or demonstrable ability in Logo Design and Branding to support the development and refinement of brand identities.
Good understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for both digital and print materials.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, such as social media creatives, brochures, logos, and brand assets.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and project briefs accurately.
Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment, take feedback constructively, and communicate ideas clearly.
Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
