OpsAssist Executive

Role Overview
The OpsAssist role include supporting the end-to-end execution of trade finance and operational processes by managing documentation, transaction coordination, bank follow-ups, client servicing and assist in day- to- day operational activities.
End-to-End Trade Finance Support
Prepare and verify trade finance documentation including Proforma Invoices,
Commercial Invoices, Custom PFIs, and related transaction documents for the clients
Assist in Letter of Credit (LC) checking and compliance validation
Support preparation of bank presentation letters and document sets
Coordinate documentation through the complete export and import transaction
Track transactions until realization of funds in beneficiary account
Bank & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for document submission and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely transaction processing
Escalate faults or delays proactively
Client Support
Assist clients with documentation and operational queries
Provide timely updates on transaction progress
Support onboarding and documentation requirements for new client
Qualifications Required
Graduate in B.Com / BBA preferred (other streams may also be considered)
Strong academic record with consistently good scores
0–2 years of experience
Good understanding of finance/business concepts preferred
Adequate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel And PowerPoint)
