What you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing
• Verifying provider licenses, certifications, education, work history, and other credentials
• Maintaining and updating CAQH and provider profiles
• Coordinating payer enrollment and network participation
• Tracking applications, expirations, renewals, and follow-ups
• Ensuring accurate and compliant credentialing documentation
• Communicating with providers, payers, and internal teams
What we’re looking for:
✅ Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare credentialing process
✅ Experience with CAQH and payer portals
✅ Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
✅ Strong follow-up and communication abilities
✅ Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines
✅ Experience with healthcare provider enrollment/credentialing preferred
