📢 2 OPEN POSITIONS
Engineering & Graphics Software Support Engineer (L1) - 02 Positions
Experience: 1 - 4 Years
Employment: Full - Time | Permanent
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide L1 technical support to GCC customers for engineering & graphics software
• Support software installation, updates, patches & configuration
• Assist with software licensing, activation, user assignment & license portals
• Troubleshoot software, installation, configuration & licensing issues
• Apply documented fixes such as reinstallation, patching, cache clearing & configuration checks
• Research and follow official vendor documentation, knowledge bases & support resources
• Handle customer support through phone, remote sessions & support tickets
• Escalate complex issues to L2/Senior Engineers or software principals with complete troubleshooting notes
• Manage 2 - 3 concurrent support cases while maintaining accurate case records
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain clear communication with customers throughout issue resolution
⭐ KEY SKILLS
• Experience in IT Helpdesk / Technical Support / Software Support / Hardware & OS Support
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, installation, configuration, drivers, updates & user accounts
• Basic understanding of Software Licensing, Subscription, Perpetual Licensing & Activation
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to research and follow official vendor documentation
• Experience with AnyDesk, TeamViewer or similar remote-support tools is preferred
• Strong spoken and written English communication
• Calm, patient and professional customer-support approach
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new software and technologies
• Exposure to Autodesk, Adobe or similar design software is an added advantage
• CompTIA A+, ITIL or Vendor Certifications are a plus
• Arabic / GCC-relevant language is an advantage
🎓 EDUCATION
Engineering / Diploma / B.Sc / BCA / B.Tech or equivalent hands-on IT background
📍 JOB DETAILS
Work Location: DLF IT Park, Manapakkam, Chennai - 600089
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Hours: General Shift with overlap into UAE business hours
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred

📋 RECRUITMENT PROCESS
