Our client is looking for an energetic and passionate State Trainer to drive training, product adoption, partner enablement, and implementation support across schools and channel partners.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring teachers, school leaders, coordinators, distributors, and resellers effectively understand and adopt a range of innovative educational and technology-led solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Deliver engaging teacher training, leadership orientations, onboarding workshops, product demos, and partner training sessions.
🔹 Train distributors, resellers, and channel partners on product features, demo flow, implementation, and customer engagement.
🔹 Support the sales team during pre-sales activities, including school demos, product walkthroughs, and solution presentations.
🔹 Drive post-sales onboarding and provide hands-on implementation support to schools and teachers.
🔹 Build strong relationships with school leadership, coordinators, teachers, and channel partners.
🔹 Track product adoption, identify implementation challenges, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
🔹 Conduct refresher training programs and evaluate partner readiness and capability gaps.
🔹 Maintain training records, implementation updates, feedback reports, and follow-up actions.
🔹 Share on-ground insights to support continuous improvement in products, content, and implementation processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Experience in training teachers, partners, customers, or channel networks
✔ Understanding of pedagogy, digital learning, and classroom environments
✔ Comfortable demonstrating technology-based products and solutions
✔ Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
✔ Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach
✔ Well-organized with strong reporting and documentation skills
✔ Comfortable working in both academic and sales-driven environments
✔ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
