We’re Hiring | Quality Analyst - Spanish Language

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with U.S. collections laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
Handle escalated accounts and customer disputes requiring managerial intervention.
Ensure operational processes are executed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.
Continuously assess processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall service delivery.
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in Spanish voice / Spanish-speaking processes — mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills.
B2 level or above Spanish language certification — mandatory.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage escalations and work effectively in a process-driven environment.
