Responsibilities
• Analyze product, user, and job market data to identify trends and opportunities
• Write SQL queries and create reports, dashboards, and analytical workflows
• Define and monitor key product and business metrics
• Support experiments and evaluate the impact of new features
• Investigate data quality issues and improve reporting accuracy
• Present findings clearly to product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Qualification
Required
• Recent graduate or graduating soon in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python or spreadsheets
• Understanding of statistics, data analysis, and experimentation
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work remotely within Canada
Preferred
• Experience with pandas, scikit-learn, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
• Familiarity with product analytics, recommendation systems, or search
• Experience working with large or messy datasets
• Previous internship, research, or analytics project experience
