The Role
• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of Go-To-Market roles, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Manage requisitions from intake through offer, ensuring pipelines remain active and candidates are well-informed.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines using various sourcing tools and conduct initial screens to assess candidate fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, calibrate feedback, and maintain accurate pipeline status.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear and timely communication throughout the interview and offer process.
• Consistently apply the established recruiting process and provide feedback for potential improvements.
What You'll Need
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for non-technical or Go-To-Market roles, with a preference for Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success hiring.
• Prior startup experience is preferred, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing individual contributor and manager-level candidates.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach to tracking pipeline health, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated fluency and comfort using AI tools for sourcing, communication drafting, and pipeline management.
