Conduct thorough Prepare & reviews of US Tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Prepare and file tax forms1040, 1120, 1065, and other necessary corporate tax documents
Work closely with clients to address tax-related queries and provide professional advice
Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure proper adherence
Collaborate with the tax team to optimize tax strategies and minimize liabilities
Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements, simple and moderate Corporate and international forms like Form 1120, 5471,5472, 926 and state returns.
