SMS/TCPA Compliance Lead

StocksToTrade / Millionaire Publishing is hiring a hands-on SMS/TCPA Compliance Lead to own compliant, high-volume SMS/MMS for our trading-education brands.
This is an SMS-first role — consent, quiet hours, STOP/START, short codes / 10DLC, suppressions, and the day-to-day ops that keep webinar and lifecycle sends clean and scalable. Email deliverability is covered separately. We’re not looking for a dual email + SMS unicorn.
You’ll:
Own TCPA workflows: consent, any-reasonable-method STOP, quiet hours, frequency, auditability (with Legal/Compliance)
Keep list health tight: suppressions, opt-in quality, STOP/START hygiene across brands
Run short code / 10DLC / throughput (MPS), wrong-sender risk, and vendor escalations when registration or volume blocks sends
Own SMS platform config (Twilio, Iterable SMS, Lime as applicable) and write SOPs Broadcast can actually follow
Be the primary SMS vendor contact and define KPIs (delivery, errors, STOP rates, risk signals)
You’re a strong fit if you:
Know both the legal and technical sides of SMS governance
Have deep SMS/TCPA experience (consent, opt-outs, quiet hours, carrier / 10DLC realities)
Are hands-on with high-volume stacks like Twilio, Iterable SMS, and/or Lime (or similar)
Write clear SOPs and can influence Broadcast + Legal without a big team under you
Are technical enough to own config and partner with Eng / RevOps when APIs or mappings break
Preferred: 3–5+ years SMS compliance / messaging ops; Twilio + an ESP SMS layer (e.g. Iterable); strong U.S. TCPA (and state) knowledge.
