Role Description The Travel Experts role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune (Dhole Patil Road). The individual in this role will manage day-to-day travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transfers, and other travel services for individual and business clients. Responsibilities include advising customers on travel options, itineraries, and packages, handling inquiries and requests, and resolving issues before and during trips. The Travel Expert will coordinate with international operators and local partners, maintain accurate records of bookings and travel documents, and support travel management processes for corporate and leisure accounts. The role also involves ensuring high standards of customer service, clear communication, and timely follow-up with all stakeholders.
Job Description:-
To coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking, airline and visas.
Processing flight and hotel booking with necessary visa and passport applications for tour packages.
Will have to maintain record of hotel ,flights and client based
Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers
Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
