PCI Government Services is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to support a variety of federal clients and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will lead and support organizational transformation, workforce modernization, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, program management, and change management efforts across multiple client environments.
The consultant will partner with government and industry stakeholders to identify challenges, develop practical solutions, facilitate collaboration, and drive organizational improvement initiatives. Initial responsibilities may include supporting acquisition workforce and organizational development initiatives within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), with opportunities to contribute across PCI's broader portfolio as business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Support organizational transformation, workforce development, and business process improvement initiatives.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions.
Develop strategic plans, implementation roadmaps, communications materials, and executive briefings.
Conduct research, assessments, benchmarking, and analysis to support client decision-making.
Assist clients in developing and implementing governance structures, operating models, and workforce initiatives.
Design and execute stakeholder engagement and change management strategies.
Develop reports, presentations, recommendations, and other client deliverables.
Support program management activities, including project planning, status reporting, risk management, and action-item tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services across multiple engagements.
Contribute to business development, proposal efforts, and internal strategic initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in management consulting, program management, organizational transformation, workforce development, or a related field.
Experience supporting federal government clients.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience developing executive-level presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting HHS or other federal civilian agencies.
Knowledge of federal acquisition, workforce development, organizational change, or human capital initiatives.
Experience with communities of practice, knowledge management, training programs, or workforce engagement initiatives.
PMP, CSM, Prosci, FAC-C, FAC-P/PM, or similar certifications.
Master's degree in a related field.
