Product Owner (Part-Time, Equity-Only)

We are building Qompyl, a mobile-first, no-code algorithmic strategy builder that helps traders turn ideas into testable, data-driven strategies through an intuitive and engaging experience.
We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner to help turn our product strategy into clear, delivery-ready work and partner closely with engineering throughout development.
What you'll do
Own and prioritize the product backlog.
Translate product initiatives into clear user flows, requirements, user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineers on feature behavior, APIs, integrations, and implementation decisions.
Collaborate with design and engineering on end-to-end mobile user journeys and UX.
Support features from discovery through development, testing, release, and App Store delivery.
Use customer feedback and product outcomes to continuously improve the experience.
What we're looking for
5+ years in Product, including hands-on experience with mobile-first or consumer-facing products.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog ownership, and engineering teams.
Ability to turn product strategy into clear, actionable requirements.
Strong understanding of mobile product development.
Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication, ownership, and comfort working in an early-stage environment.
Nice to have: fintech/trading experience, data-driven products, gamification, API-driven architectures, or App Store releases.
Important
This is a part-time role (12–15 hours/week) and equity-only until Qompyl reaches MVP launch and initial funding or sustainable revenue.
