Product Owner

Role Description The Product Owner at Placement.pk will oversee the vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement of key platform features that support users in discovering relevant opportunities. This part-time remote role involves gathering and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams, and managing the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impact enhancements. The Product Owner will translate user and stakeholder feedback into clear user stories, refine acceptance criteria, and monitor product performance using data-driven insights. Daily tasks include coordinating sprint planning, tracking progress, aligning product outcomes with business goals, and ensuring a smooth, intuitive experience for platform users.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Management skills, including roadmap planning, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data, define requirements, and optimize product features.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.
Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Software Development processes, Agile methodologies, and working closely with technical teams.
Relevant experience in digital platforms, AI-driven products, or career/education technology is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time availability across time zones, and deliver consistent outcomes.
