Role Description The Head of Human Resource at Omoda & Jaecoo PK is a part-time remote role responsible for leading the HR function and building people-focused strategies that support the company’s growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves managing employee relations, guiding performance management processes, and supporting talent acquisition and onboarding. This position will collaborate with leadership to design compensation, benefits, and engagement initiatives that reflect a modern, inclusive, and innovation-driven culture. The Head of Human Resource will provide strategic guidance, act as a trusted advisor to management, and ensure HR practices align with both global standards and local requirements.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), including experience overseeing HR functions and aligning people strategies with business goals.
Proven HR Management skills, including workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate HR-related risks.
Experience developing and implementing HR Policies that support fairness, inclusivity, and organizational effectiveness.
Skilled in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and fostering a positive, respectful workplace culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, remote environment.
Demonstrated experience in strategic HR leadership, preferably within fast-growing or international organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
Comfort with digital HR tools, data-driven decision-making, and remote collaboration platforms.
