Role Overview
We are looking for a US Recruiter with strong corporate/in-house recruitment experience, along with exposure to the US staffing environment. The recruiter will be responsible for supporting hiring for our US business across both Permanent and Contract positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions, from sourcing through offer closure.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates within defined timelines.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Recruit for both Permanent (Full-Time) and Contract positions.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified US candidates.
Track recruitment activity, submissions, interviews, and closures against defined targets.
Required Experience & Skills
3–7 years of experience in US Recruitment, preferably with strong Corporate/In-house TA experience.
Hands-on experience hiring for both Permanent and Contract roles.
Good understanding of US recruitment, tax, and visa terminologies such as W2, C2C, 1099, H-1B, EAD, GC, US Citizen, etc.
Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Profile: Someone who has primarily worked as a Corporate Recruiter but also has exposure to US staffing and understands the nuances of both direct and contract hiring.
