Junior Motion Graphic Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Pune District. The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media content, brand videos, and advertising assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visuals from briefs, storyboarding, designing graphics, animating elements, and collaborating closely with creatives, copywriters, and video producers. The role also involves preparing assets for video production, optimizing designs for different platforms, and staying current with motion design trends and tools. The Motion Graphic Designer is expected to contribute ideas proactively and maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred but not necessary.
1-3 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, kinetic typography animation skills.
A relevant portfolio showcasing motion design work.
