Overview
Interns at INNIO Group experience technically challenging, meaningful, and creative assignments in our business, including natural gas compression and power generation.
If you love technology and energy, and want a career in engineering, a technical internship in INNIO Group is for you! Engineering assignments take on the world’s toughest challenges - clean power and affordable energy - and are motivated by real business priorities. As an intern, you could work on a variety of high impact teams, potentially including product design, mechanical development, analysis, controls, remote data monitoring, advanced and additive manufacturing, testing and validation, combustion, performance, services, technical fulfillment, cost-out and more. Applicable candidates for the internship program include rising college sophomores and juniors. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, including those traditionally underrepresented in STEM fields.
Qualifications/Skills
GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 / 4.0 overall
High School Coursework Focus: STEM, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering. Other Technology based studies such as Computer Engineering, Mechanical Design, or other Engine-related coursework focus will also be considered.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Time management and organizational skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn
