About the Role
Keep Going Athletics is looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Design Assistant to support our Co-Founder & Chief Product Designer, Lili. This is a hands-on opportunity to join a growing apparel brand early, gain real design experience, and contribute to building high-quality products rooted in purpose and meaning.
Responsibilities
• Assist with ideation and conceptual development of new apparel pieces.
• Support fabric research, garment structure, and construction details.
• Create sketches, mood boards, and digital design assets.
• Help develop tech packs and design documentation.
• Contribute to trend research and overall creative direction.
• Collaborate with the design team through the full product cycle from concept to sample.
Qualifications
• Strong interest in fashion design, apparel, and creative product development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required).
• Understanding of fabrics, fit, structure, and basic garment design principles.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with a brand.
• Ideal for someone wanting hands-on experience in apparel design.
• Open to college students majoring in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Product Development, or related fields.
