Delivery Analyst — Structural Advisory (Engagement Contract)

About the work:
GrowLedger works on structural readiness for founder-led businesses in India — the layer above compliance. When an investor, a lender or a buyer eventually tests a business, the question is never whether it earns well. It is whether ownership records, entity design, financial evidence, contracts and governance hold up when someone outside starts asking.
We read every business against six layers — Capital, Entity, Financial, Contractual, Governance, Growth — and fix what's missing in dependency order.
About this role:
This is engagement-based contract work, not a salaried position, and we want to be straight about why. We're an early practice building a delivery method. Taking you on per engagement means you see exactly what the work is before committing, and we don't promise a monthly salary we haven't yet earned the right to promise. Where it goes well, this converts to a full-time Delivery Analyst role.
You would work directly with the Managing Partner on Value Gap Reviews — our paid two-to-three week structural diagnostic.
What you would actually do:
• Work through client records — cap tables, instruments, board approvals, contracts, MIS — and reconcile what the documents say against what the business believes
• Build the evidence request list and chase it to closure
• Draft the Structure Map and the scored Value Gap Register
• Prepare the data-room index
• Sit in on the leadership read-out and take the follow-up actions
• Flag anything you cannot verify, rather than assuming it is fine
What we're looking for:
• Experienced CA or CA inter dropout candidates in audit, diligence or transaction advisory
• Comfortable in primary documents, not just in Tally or Excel exports
• Writes clearly. A finding nobody can read is not a finding.
• Willing to say "I don't know yet" instead of filling the gap with a guess.
What we're not looking for:
Someone who wants a defined scope, a stable checklist and a predictable month. This work is structural and each engagement is different.
Terms:
₹25,000–₹40,000 per engagement depending on complexity, typically two to three weeks of part-time effort.
Hyderabad-based, hybrid, with some on-site time at client offices.
