The Specialist Gap You'll Help Close
Perimenopause & Menopause — evidence-based midlife care, including menopausal hormone therapy (MHT), for patients who would otherwise wait months for a menopause specialist.
Urology & Pelvic Health — assessment and management of incontinence, recurrent UTI, genitourinary syndrome of menopause and related pelvic health concerns that are routinely under-treated in primary care.
Clinical Nutrition & Weight Management — medically supervised weight management and metabolic care, integrated with the rest of the patient’s midlife health picture rather than treated in isolation.
What You'll Do
Deliver virtual, specialist-level care across all three service lines: perimenopause and menopause, urology and pelvic health, and clinical nutrition and weight management.
Use Blair’s proprietary technology to deliver specialist-level care—guided assessment, evidence-based protocols and clinical decision support at the point of care—so you can practice confidently at the top of your scope.
Provide empathetic, evidence-based care in a supportive, patient-first environment.
Participate in our structured onboarding and ongoing training. We provide the training, mentorship and clinical support to help you build depth in each area of care.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to advance care pathways, protocols and patient outcomes.
Share clinical feedback that sharpens our technology, so every provider on the platform delivers better care over time.

What We're Looking For
Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Certified Nurse Practitioner) with active Oklahoma licensure in good standing with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
Prescriptive authority recognition in Oklahoma, or eligibility to obtain it. Oklahoma requires a supervising physician agreement for prescribing; Blair Health will support this arrangement.
Strong interest and/or experience in women’s health—midlife and menopause, pelvic health, or metabolic and weight management.
Comfort operating in a tech-forward, virtual care environment.
Willingness to obtain licensure in additional U.S. states as Blair Health expands is a strong asset.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient relationship skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building.
