Participate in a 24x7 shift or End-of-Day (EOD) support model, providing timely monitoring, issue resolution, and on-call support for critical business services.
Provide hands-on support and administration for Automic Workload Automation, including job scheduling, workflow management, and batch processing activities.
Monitor, manage, and ensure successful execution of batch jobs, identifying and resolving failures to maintain business continuity.
Analyze job dependencies, workflow chains, calendars, and execution schedules to ensure seamless end-to-end processing.
Support and troubleshoot GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform for secure inbound and outbound file transfers.
Manage and monitor file transfer activities using SFTP, FTP, FTPS, and other secure file transfer protocols.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents related to scheduling, batch processing, and file transfer operations within agreed SLAs.
Coordinate with application, infrastructure, database, and business teams to address operational issues and implement permanent fixes.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA), document findings, and recommend preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
Support change, release, and maintenance activities while ensuring operational stability and adherence to established processes and controls.
