About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Contract Recruiter to join our team and support full life cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within the CRO, Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical industries and be comfortable partnering with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies and deliver qualified talent.
What You’ll Do
Manage full life cycle recruitment from intake through offer and onboarding.
Partner with Hiring Managers, HR partners, and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
Identify and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing.
Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and evaluation.
Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines.
Provide Hiring Managers with market insights and recruiting recommendations.
Use recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics to identify trends and hiring risks.
Manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
Support recruiting projects, process improvements, and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Deliver a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
1+ year of full life cycle recruiting experience; 3+ years preferred.
Experience in a high-volume corporate or agency recruiting environment.
Experience recruiting within a CRO / Contract Research Organization or Clinical Research environment.
Proven experience with direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
Experience developing sourcing strategies and pipelines for niche roles.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday or similar ATS preferred.
Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining urgency and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
