Account Executive

AdmissionPrep is hiring an Account Executive to interview students and families, discuss their educational journey, and help them choose and enrol in our programs. Our education planning platform supports students applying to universities across Canada and the US.
THE ROLE
Flexible contract role with part-time or full-time hours. Work remotely or from our Vancouver office. Weekday hours are 4pm to 8pm PST; weekend hours are anytime between 6am and 6pm. Part-time team members work the hours that work for them.
COMPENSATION
Hourly pay plus commission. Total compensation is equivalent to CAD $40 to $60 per hour including commission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn our offerings and help families choose the program most suited to their needs.
• Book 3 to 4 calls per day with interested students and families, then take those consultations to enrol them in our programs.
• Build relationships with students and families and support their post-secondary planning.
• Phone inbound leads daily to book consultations.
• Keep our CRM maintained and use internal tools to track activity and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Customer-facing sales or customer service experience.
• High energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping students.
• Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a focus on results.
• Strong organization and comfort using technology.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in education, whether through a degree or self-directed learning.
