Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, present Fair Finance’s services to potential clients, and support the development of customized financial solutions in collaboration with internal teams. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role also requires regular reporting on business development activities and contributing ideas to improve outreach, processes, and revenue growth.
