Lead GenAI Developer - REMOTE
Production GenAI Development: Strong recent hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI, RAG, and/or Agentic AI systems, with proven personal coding contributions.
Full-Stack & Python: Advanced Python skills with strong expertise in software design, APIs, asynchronous processing, testing, debugging, and scalable application development.
AI & Cloud Technologies: Deep understanding of RAG, context engineering, structured generation, agents, model evaluation, observability, with practical experience in Azure AI Services and/or Databricks.
