Role Description The Director Enterprise Architecture is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and leading the enterprise technology architecture across AiforMax. This role oversees the development of end-to-end application and data architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and the company’s AI and automation strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural roadmaps, setting standards and guidelines, collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams, and reviewing solution designs for consistency and scalability. The director will evaluate new technologies, drive IT strategy initiatives, manage architectural governance, and support key transformation projects. This role also mentors architecture and engineering team members to promote best practices and ensure high-quality implementation.

Qualifications
Strong background in Enterprise Architecture and Application Architecture, with experience designing complex, distributed systems.
Demonstrated ability in IT Strategy and Information Technology leadership, guiding technology investments and long-term platform evolution.
Proficiency in Data Modeling and related data architecture practices, supporting analytics, AI, and automation solutions.
Experience working in environments that leverage AI, cloud computing, and automation technologies is highly beneficial.
Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience leading architecture or engineering teams, including mentoring and setting technical standards.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong organizational skills and self-directed work style.
