18 month contract with one of our customers in the Enterprise SaaS industry
100 percent remote (CST and EST time zones preferred)
Will be owning a Slack channel of 1400 champions/volunteers.
Moderate, drive engagement, and host virtual events for the community
Plan quarterly "celebrate and delight events". Events could include tech conferences, sporting evetns, etc
Share with senior leadership metrics regarding engagement, growth, and other KPI's
Must Have Skills/Experience:
2+ years of experience managing online communities or forums
B2B industry experience
Experience moderating and driving engagement for an online community or forum
Event coordination experience (any type: virtual or online, happy hour, meetup, networking, conference, trade show, celebrate and delight)
Project Management tool experience (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, etc)
Nice to Have but Not Required Skills/Experience:
Volunteer experience
Working with "Champions" or "Ambassadors"
Global community experience
Slack
