Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and joining.
The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with volume hiring. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, build a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
This role is particularly suited for someone who enjoys recruitment, people interaction, data-driven hiring, and working in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
Understand job requirements, competencies, experience and behavioural expectations from hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Assess candidates against defined job and competency requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment journey.
Negotiate and release offers in coordination with HR and management.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining conversion.
2. Volume & Sales Hiring
Handle high-volume recruitment for customer acquisition, international telesales, customer service and other operational roles.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet monthly manpower requirements.
Build recruitment strategies based on hiring targets, availability of talent and business requirements.
Conduct recruitment drives and walk-in interviews whenever required.
3. Candidate Assessment
Conduct structured candidate screening based on predefined selection criteria.
Evaluate candidates on:
Communication skills
Relevant experience
Sales aptitude
Customer orientation
Process orientation
Stability and career history
Behavioural competencies
Role suitability
Coordinate and administer relevant aptitude, communication and competency assessments.
Maintain accurate candidate assessment and interview records.
4. Recruitment Performance Management
Track recruitment funnel metrics including:
Applications received
Candidates screened
Interviews conducted
Candidates selected
Offers released
Offer acceptance
Joining conversion
Recruitment TAT
Source-wise hiring
Cost per hire
Identify recruitment bottlenecks and take corrective action.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring reports to HR leadership.
5. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with HR, Operations, Team Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand current and future manpower requirements.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Ensure recruitment priorities are aligned with business manpower plans.
Challenge unrealistic requirements or recruitment assumptions with relevant data and market insights.
6. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates.
Develop talent pools for recurring and critical positions.
Support employee referral and recruitment campaigns.
Represent the organisation professionally during candidate interactions.
Contribute ideas to improve the company's candidate experience and employer brand.

Candidate Experience
Candidate Qualifications
Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Experience in volume hiring or sales recruitment will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment dashboards.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
