You’ll work on real content — social media videos, reels, short-form edits, and branded content — while receiving direct feedback, guidance, and mentorship.💼 Role Overview
As a Video Editor Mentee, you’ll support content creation by editing short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital platforms. You’ll learn how to edit for engagement, storytelling, and brand consistency.🔧 Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
Assist in editing long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts, interviews)
Add captions, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion elements
Optimize videos for different platforms (IG, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs
Organize raw footage, project files, and exports
Collaborate with content and social media teams
Apply feedback and improve edits quickly
Meet timelines and maintain editing consistency
Communicate progress via Google Chat
Attend weekly mentorship and review calls
