About the job:
Bizmoni is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Legal team as a Deputy Chief Legal Officer and Co-Founder. The ideal candidate will collaborate with us, become a shareholder, and lead the Legal Team.
We are seeking someone with a wealth of experience and dynamism to help propel our company towards growth and success.

Fluent in English and proficient in in a second language is preferred such as Spanish and or Portuguese
You are organized and out-of-the-box problem solver, spontaneous, creative, and able to go straight to the point.

You are eager to reach goals and make things happen.
You have a Personal Computer with a Camera and a stable and reliable internet connection.
You love to move up your sleeves and get things done.
You are social and ethically responsible.

Qualifications:
Law Degree
Licensed lawyer in the US
Deep knowledge US LAW with special focus on the Wyoming and or Delaware and or New York law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
English is a must, Spanish and Portuguese a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, result-oriented, and highly organized
Must be US based
