About the Role
Synthetiq lets anyone build production business software through natural conversation. We're building a catalog of ready-to-install apps (CRM, project management, lead enrichment, marketing automation, feedback, invoicing) that teams can adopt and customize in minutes. We're hiring multiple AI App Builders to create this catalog and define what great apps on Synthetiq look like.
What You'll Do
Design and ship catalog apps end to end: data models, workflows, permissions, and UI.
Study best-in-class SaaS tools and translate what works into clean, opinionated app blueprints.
Build apps in hours, every one backed by production-grade code, then iterate based on real usage.
Stress-test the platform and shape its roadmap with direct feedback to engineering.
What We're Looking For
Hands-on SaaS product experience: you've built and shipped products, not just written specs.
A systems design mindset: you naturally think in entities, relationships, and workflows.
Deep working knowledge of a few tools in the space, whether AI-native (Attio, Clay, Linear, Profound) or established SaaS (Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana), including where they fall short.
Bias for speed and ownership.
No coding required.
Engagement
These roles are flexible. Part-time builders might own a handful of apps and ship a few per month. Full-time builders own entire catalog categories and help set patterns others follow.
