Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Based in the Jacksonville area - The Project Manager is a operations role, responsible for the planning, organizing, and successful completion of customer projects and overseeing subcontractor installation crews to ensure that work meets quality and safety. The essential functions of the positions include, but are not limited to the following:
Manages multiple installation projects simultaneously across assigned market; places all related material orders, picks up materials as needed, and schedules/manages crews.
Bills and collects payments from customers upon job completion.
Continually monitors and manages project progress while tracking project milestones and deliverables. Identifies and troubleshoots problems and devises contingency plans to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
Builds and maintains productive relationships with the customer and crews to minimize project obstacles or issues; proactively communicates project requirements and/or changes and works to resolve any conflicts.
Recruits high performing subcontractor crews.
Adheres to general building and safety codes.
Follows all processes and procedures established by the company.
Commits to ongoing education and training to stay current on ever-changing industry demands.
Other duties as assigned.
