𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Provide first-line support for application and system-related queries.
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Log and track support requests through to resolution.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
Assist users with application functionality and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor recurring issues and help identify potential improvements.
Maintain clear and accurate support documentation.
Work collaboratively with technical and business teams.

Strong interest in IT, software and application support.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Previous IT or application support experience is helpful but not essential.
