Responsibilities:
Design and architect enterprise-level infrastructure solutions across AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of cloud and Linux-based systems.
Develop scalable, highly available, secure, and fault-tolerant infrastructure architectures.
Design and implement AWS services, including EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Route 53, Elastic Load Balancing, and Auto Scaling.
Architect and manage OCI environments, including Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM, and database-related infrastructure.
Design and maintain Linux infrastructure using Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Oracle Linux, Ubuntu, or similar distributions.
Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and hybrid-cloud architecture initiatives.
Develop infrastructure architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation documentation.
Design and implement disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and high-availability solutions.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes.
Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, network segmentation, encryption, and access controls.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, availability, resource allocation, and cloud costs.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues involving cloud platforms, Linux servers, networking, storage, and system performance.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to infrastructure engineers and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and enterprise system design.
Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including architecture, implementation, and infrastructure design.
Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including cloud architecture and infrastructure management.
Proven experience designing complex enterprise systems, including highly available and scalable architectures.
Advanced Linux administration and architecture experience, preferably with RHEL and Oracle Linux.
Strong understanding of cloud networking, including VPC, subnets, routing, VPN, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of cloud security, identity and access management, encryption, and infrastructure security principles.
Experience designing hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud infrastructure solutions.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure migration, modernization, and cloud adoption projects.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and system performance.
Experience creating architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and infrastructure implementation plans.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or Associate.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional certification.
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent Linux certification.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized infrastructure.
Experience with AWS EKS, OCI Kubernetes Engine (OKE), and container orchestration.
Knowledge of Python, Bash, or Shell scripting for automation.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and OCI Monitoring.
