Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Real Estate Agent role based in Wadala. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will identify and source commercial property opportunities, including office, retail, and investment spaces, aligned with client requirements. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing presentations, analyzing market data, and advising clients on pricing, returns, and lease or purchase structures. The role involves managing the end-to-end transaction process, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, documentation coordination, and closing. The agent will collaborate with internal consultants, property owners, and legal or financial partners to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely deals while maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and handle high-value commercial transactions.
Solid understanding of commercial property markets, investment analysis, and basic financial modeling (rents, yields, ROI, and comparative market assessments).
Proficiency in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and use of digital tools (CRM systems, listing platforms, and productivity software such as MS Office or Google Workspace).
Ability to conduct site visits, property inspections, and due diligence with attention to detail and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple clients, deadlines, and documentation simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant real estate certifications or licenses are an advantage.
Prior experience in commercial real estate, property consulting, or sales in the Mumbai market is highly beneficial.
Comfort working on-site in Wadala and across Mumbai, with flexibility for client meetings and property tours as needed.
