About the Role
We are looking for a Raipur/Bilaspur based, responsible and proactive individual to join our Airbnb operations team.
The role involves managing guest communication, booking coordination, and day-to-day Airbnb support for multiple properties.
Although this is a work-from-home position, you must be based in Raipur/Bilaspur and have reliable internet and a laptop/phone.
Key Responsibilities
Handle guest communication through Airbnb and WhatsApp.
Respond to guest enquiries quickly and professionally.
Coordinate check-ins and checkouts.
Share check-in instructions and property information with guests.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and basic issues.
Coordinate with cleaners, caretakers, plumbers, electricians, and other staff when required.
Monitor upcoming bookings and ensure everything is ready for incoming guests.
Follow up on pending operational tasks.
Escalate important issues to the owner/manager.
Maintain a professional and friendly guest experience.
Who We Are Looking For
Must be based in Raipur/Bilaspur.
Strong written and spoken English.
Good Hindi communication.
Comfortable using Airbnb, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Quick learner and comfortable handling multiple conversations.
Calm and professional while dealing with difficult guests.
Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
Hospitality, hotel, Airbnb, customer service, or travel experience is an advantage.
Freshers can apply if they have strong communication skills and are comfortable dealing with customers.
Working Style
This is a part-time remote position.
You will need to be available during agreed working hours and respond promptly when guests require assistance.
The role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working independently, communicating with people, and solving small problems without constant supervision.
Salary
₹8,000–₹10,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
