The Role
We're looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist who lives for the hunt. Your job is simple: find and source prospects who fit our ideal client profile, and close them. You'll work with decision-makers in small to mid-size businesses, pitch our dual solution (AI implementation + overseas hiring), and build long-term client relationships.
What You'll Do
Source and identify qualified leads through your own prospecting methods (LinkedIn, cold outreach, referral networks, industry events)
Pitch our AI implementation and overseas hiring services to business owners and decision-makers
Qualify leads and move them through the sales process
Close deals and earn commission on every client you bring in
Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and opportunities for expansion
Hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding

Proven sales track record (B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition experience)

WHO THIS ISN'T FOR
You're looking for a guaranteed paycheck: This role is commission-only. Your income is entirely tied to deals you close.
You need hand-holding: We don't have a sales team to support you or leads to feed you. You source your own.
You're uncomfortable with rejection: Cold outreach means hearing "no" a lot. If that discourages you, this isn't the role.
You want stability or consistency: You'll have months that pay more and months that pay less. That's the reality of hunting.
You need a quick win: Building client relationships and closing deals takes time. This is a long-term play.

Your Earning Potential
Commission: Up to 12% on deals you close (based on experience and proven track record)
Deal sizes: Our service offerings range from $5,000 to $30,000 depending on client needs
Real numbers: A single $30,000 deal equals $3,600 commission. A $20,000 deal equals $2,400. This is real money for real work.
Uncapped earnings: There's no ceiling on what you can make. Bigger deals, better clients, more success.
Long-term growth: High performers build their book of business and scale their income fast.
