TITLE: Senior Origination Representative — Technical & Capital Projects
ABOUT THE ROLE — An established independent engineering practice serving asset owners is adding one or two senior origination representatives. This is an introduction-only role: you recognize situations where building and facilities decision makers who already trust you would benefit from a conversation with us, you make the introduction, and we do everything after the handshake. No technical selling, no quota, no list-based cold calling — this role runs on trusted relationships you already hold.
WHO IT SUITS — 15+ years selling technical services or capital projects to building or plant decision makers; real, current relationships at Director / VP / Chief Engineer level — property and facilities leadership, directors of engineering, plant management, asset managers; established, independent, or semi-retired, and genuinely free of employer restrictions. More important than any industry background: the people who call you when they don’t know who to trust.
STRUCTURE — Independent contractor. Success-based origination economics on engagements formed from your registered introductions, discussed directly and documented in a representative agreement. US and international.
