DSIB Tech is looking for an experienced and industry-oriented Power Electronics / PLC / SCADA Trainer for a full-time, on-site training assignment in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

Initial Duration: 4 .5Months
Program: 18 Weeks / 90 Working Days
Mode: Full-Time | On-Site
Location: Trichy ,Tamil Nadu
Possible Extension: Additional 4 Months based on performance, learner outcomes, and institutional requirements
🎯 Role
The selected trainer will deliver an industry-oriented EEE Bridge Course covering Power Electronics, PLC, SCADA, Industrial Automation, Motor Control, Instrumentation, Industry 4.0 and Safety, combining classroom instruction with hands-on laboratory training and project-based learning.
The program concludes with a 3-week Capstone Project, where students develop and demonstrate a complete automation/control system.

• Industrial Project Development
The detailed 18-week curriculum / Table of Contents will be shared with shortlisted applicants.
👨‍🏫 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on laboratory sessions
• Deliver the prescribed technical curriculum effectively
• Demonstrate PLC, SCADA, automation and industrial-control applications
• Guide students through practical exercises and troubleshooting
• Conduct assessments and monitor learner progress
• Mentor students during automation projects and the final capstone
• Support system design, PLC programming, SCADA development, integration and testing
• Maintain training records and progress reports
• Coordinate with DSIB Tech and institutional representatives
• Ensure timely completion of the program and project deliverables
✅ Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a trainer who can teach, demonstrate, implement, troubleshoot, integrate, test and mentor real industrial automation systems.
Candidates with experience in PLC/SCADA training, industrial automation, power electronics, instrumentation, motor drives, academic training, finishing schools, or industry projects will be preferred.
🎓 Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in EEE, Electrical Engineering, ECE, Instrumentation/Control Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
Strong relevant industry experience and hands-on expertise will also be considered.
