Project Manager

Principle Accountabilities: Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of construction projects by managing vendors, budgets, and timelines while ensuring strict adherence to technical designs and safety standards.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to execution
•Get execution vendors and contractors on Board and manage site execution and progress
•Ensure work is carried out as per design, specifications, and safety standards
•Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with local building codes safety and regulations
• Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Strong experience in construction/project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management tools, and MS Office
Good knowledge of structural design, materials, and site execution
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage teams and work under deadlines.
Experience in large-scale residential infrastructure or commercial projects
Competencies
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Chartered Engineer)
Familiarity with safety and quality standards
