We are seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Management Product Lead to drive the strategy, design, and global deployment of Workforce Management solutions. This role will have a primary focus on Workforce Software (WFS), Time & Attendance, pay rule configuration, and integrations with Workday, ADP, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong Workforce Management experience and the ability to independently lead complex, multi-country deployments while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, Enterprise Architecture, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and global rollout of Workforce Management solutions.
Manage Workforce Software (WFS) projects, including Time & Attendance and pay rule configuration.
Gather business requirements and design scalable, effective Workforce Management processes.
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and business teams to align solutions with business needs.
Support and manage integrations with Workday, ADP, Kronos/UKG, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
Lead and coordinate multiple country deployments simultaneously, managing timelines, risks, priorities, and dependencies.
Work closely with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure Workforce Management solutions comply with local labor laws, payroll requirements, union agreements, and Works Council requirements.
Develop deployment roadmaps, project plans, business cases, governance materials, and executive status updates.
Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Lead or support change management and user adoption initiatives.
Identify opportunities to standardize and improve Workforce Management processes globally.
Work flexible hours as needed to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of Workforce Management experience.
Proven ability to lead global deployments with minimal supervision.
Experience managing multiple country deployments simultaneously.
Hands-on ADP integration experience.
Strong change management experience.
Experience working with elevator, industrial, service, or unionized workforces.
Experience developing deployment roadmaps, business cases, governance materials, and project plans.
Experience with Workforce Software (WFS), particularly Time & Attendance and pay rule configuration.
Experience integrating WFM solutions with Workday, ADP, payroll, Kronos/UKG, or other enterprise systems.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with global teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a hands-on Workforce Management leader who can operate independently, manage complex global deployments, and translate business requirements into scalable WFM solutions. Experience working with union environments and country-specific labor/pay requirements is highly valuable.
