Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at Bevique Café in Kalyan. Responsibilities include assisting with food and beverage preparation, serving items to guests, maintaining cleanliness of service areas, and ensuring orders are accurate and timely. The role involves welcoming guests, answering menu questions, providing recommendations, and supporting a smooth and friendly customer experience. The Food and Beverage Assistant will work closely with the café team to restock supplies, follow hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to an efficient and positive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong Food & Beverage knowledge and hands-on Food Preparation skills.
Experience in Food Service and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Excellent Customer Service abilities and a guest-focused mindset.
Clear and professional Communication skills with guests and team members.
Ability to work on-site in Kalyan in a fast-paced café environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Prior café, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
