We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research.
You'll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
Scope of Work
Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Senior Associate or Vice President in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.
Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
