Role Overview
We are looking for sharp, ambitious, and persuasive Dealer Relationship Agents based in Pakistan to manage and expand our dealership network in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will act as the key bridge between car sellers and dealership partners, driving sales and securing strong business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Pitch and negotiate car deals directly to automotive dealers across the UAE market.
Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with regional car dealers and sellers.
Use strong persuasive techniques to convince car sellers to list and sell through our platform.
Identify deal opportunities and convert leads into active dealer transactions.
Maintain daily target tracking and offer top-tier client support via phone and messaging platforms.
Key Requirements
Proven Sales Ability: Sharp sales acumen with a proven track record of closing deals and driving growth.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English; strong phone etiquette and negotiation tactics.
Industry Familiarity: Basic to intermediate knowledge of the automotive sector, car brands, and pricing dynamics.
Remote Work Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet home office setup, and a functional computer/laptop.
Availability: Willingness to work aligned with UAE business operating hours.
