About Us
Immigrant Hub Germany (IHG) is a content and community platform that helps people relocate, settle, and build a life in Germany, part of the OJIRA Soft ecosystem alongside Setlinn and ScoreInn. We create the content, guidance, and connections that turn "I want to move to Germany" into an actual plan.
We're growing our team and looking for an Executive Assistant / Business Development Coordinator (Finance Advisory) to join us at an early, high-growth stage.
Role Purpose
Own the operational and follow-through side of the advisor's client pipeline from first community contact through contract closure and ongoing service so the advisor can focus on relationship-building and financial-analysis conversations.
Who We Are Looking For
Someone organized enough to run a pipeline and comfortable enough with sales/BD rhythm to chase contracts to close, not a purely administrative hire.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead/pipeline tracking, event and community outreach coordination, prospect and client communication, contract follow-through with product partners, calendar/compliance admin, lead tracking, and Performance reporting
Required Experience:
Sales support, BD coordination, financial-services admin, or EA experience for a client-facing/founder-type principal.
Required Skills
CRM (HubSpot) discipline, financial literacy (protection, retirement, property, investment basics), event coordination, cross-cultural communication, contract/paperwork tracking.
Educational Background
Finance, Business Administration, or Economics preferred.
Key Personal Qualities
Initiative, persistence, follow-through, commercial awareness, relationship management, organization, comfort with long-term orientation.
Compensation Structure
Commission-based, tied to contracts closed from leads sourced/managed by you; no fixed salary.
1. Must-Haves
Comfortable with commission-based/variable income
Proven ability to manage a sales or client pipeline and chase things to completion
Organized enough to track multiple contracts/events/leads simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication, especially with international/migrant clients
2. Nice-to-Haves
Bilingual/multilingual ability relevant to target communities
Background in finance, insurance, or property financing admin
Existing community ties to African/international networks in Germany
Prior experience supporting a self-employed advisor, broker, or founder directly
