Role Description This is a full-time remote role on the Library Medicine Team at Ikaze Inc. The role involves curating and organizing educational and medical library materials, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to access. Daily tasks include reviewing and categorizing resources, maintaining digital catalogs and databases, and collaborating with colleagues to improve information accessibility. The team member will support learners and professionals by responding to resource inquiries, preparing learning materials, and contributing to the development of educational initiatives. The role also includes participating in virtual meetings, reporting on resource usage and needs, and continuously improving library processes and tools.
Qualifications
Ability to work effectively with digital information systems, online platforms, and remote collaboration tools.
Strong organizational and cataloging skills, including attention to detail when managing educational and medical resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with learners, professionals, and team members.
Capacity to conduct basic research to identify reliable sources and verify information accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Interest in healthcare, medical education, or library science; prior experience in any of these areas is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in library science, information management, education, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
