Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse technical and non-technical positions. The Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking. Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, managing offer and hiring processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring practices in line with XenonStack’s growth and culture.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess skills, culture add, and role fit objectively.
Knowledge of Employer Branding, with experience supporting campaigns, events, or content that attract and engage talent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines, using ATS or recruitment tools to organize and track candidate pipelines.
Understanding of technology and AI or data-related roles is an advantage; prior experience recruiting in tech or startup environments is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
