The company’s Agentic Proof of Control (APoC) and Agentic Wallet technologies bind every AI agent action to a verified human principal and enforce precise, revocable boundaries for delegated authority. iDen2’s Trust Mesh is a permissioned network that enables interoperable, verifiable credentials across industries, jurisdictions, and protocols, built on standards such as W3C VC 2.0, SD-JWT, mdoc/ISO 18013-5, and eIDAS 2.0. The infrastructure is deployed through the Phenix Platform, a modular trust operating system used by enterprises and public sector organizations via a partnership with Carahsoft. iDen2 focuses on redefining identity, compliance, and control for the current era of AI-driven operations.
Role Description This is a full-time remote Growth Hacker role focused on driving sustainable user acquisition, activation, and retention for iDen2’s products and ecosystem. The Growth Hacker will design and run data-driven experiments across multiple channels, analyze funnel performance, and optimize conversion at each stage of the customer journey. Daily responsibilities include developing and testing new growth strategies, working with product and engineering to implement growth features, and leveraging web analytics tools to track and improve key metrics. The role includes close collaboration with marketing and sales to refine positioning, messaging, and campaigns, as well as conducting market and user research to uncover opportunities for growth. The Growth Hacker will document learnings, build playbooks, and continuously iterate on experiments to scale impact over time.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Growth Hacking and Conversion Optimization to design, execute, and iterate on high-impact experiments across the user lifecycle.
Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and data analysis to monitor performance, interpret trends, and make evidence-based decisions.
Experience in Marketing and Marketing Strategy to develop integrated growth campaigns and align initiatives with business goals.
Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels (e.g., SEO, paid media, partnerships, content), A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams in a remote environment, with clear and effective communication.
Comfort with fast-paced, experimental work in early-stage or innovative technology environments; experience in B2B SaaS, security, or AI is a plus.
Familiarity with privacy, compliance, or identity technologies and an interest in AI governance and trustworthy infrastructure is beneficial.
